We strive to source all of our ingredients as locally as possible, but seasonality, pricing, and personal preference will always play a role in the breads and goods we bake.

Dependent on seasonality and excitement of certain flavor combinations. Some loaves that we have made so far include Whole Wheat Honey Oat Porridge with honey sourced from Faith Mountain Farm and a Roasted Tomato and Basil loaf with tomatoes and basils sourced from Hedge Family Farm.
